STERILMIX

Sterilmix suitable for still and sparkling soft drink production with pasteurisation immediately after mixing.

The Plant is designed for juices hot filling up to 90°C with the following characteristics:

 

- Automatic control of pasteurising temperature,

- Automatic mixing ratio,

- Carbonating content,

- filling carbonated or hot filling,

- start up and end production cycles with recovering product in the pipes,

- PLC automatic operating of production and C.I.P. cycles
